Visa

All visitors to Vietnam must possess a valid passport and a visa before entering the country. All visitors are requested to bring along a passport size photo for immigration purposes. The organizer do not accept any responsibility for obtaining visas for exhibitors to travel to Vietnam. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own visas in good time in advance of the show date.

How to get to Vung Tau

Vung Tau (Vũng Tàu) is a city in Southern Vietnam, about 125km from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Please click here to download the Vung Tau map. There are 2 ways one can get to Vung Tau from Saigon.

  • By Hydrofoil
    This is the most comfortable and fastest way, took about 1.5 hours to get to Vung Tau. Upon arrival from Tan Son Nhat Airport, catch a taxi for the Ferry Terminal (Ben Tau). Address: 5 Nguyen Tat Thanh St, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City

    Once you enter the ferry terminal, you’ll see the 3 different operators’ booth: Greenlines, Petro Express and Vina Express. Take the hydrofoil of Vina express is the best. You can see the time table and price here.
  • By Bus
    Vung Tau can be reach by Bus. To/From HCMC: 04:30am - 07:45pm. Depart: every 20 minutes. Duration: 2 hours.
